A Vision for a Safer, More Connected Wisconsin
Empowering every community with the tools and training to prevent crises, respond effectively, and build a resilient future from the ground up.
About WCRP
The Wisconsin Community Resilience Project (WCRP) is a nonpartisan public safety initiative focused on enhancing community preparedness, improving neighborhood safety, and modernizing emergency response infrastructure across Wisconsin.
WCRP develops and deploys modular, low-cost technologies—designed for schools, clinics, neighborhoods, and rural zones—that empower local residents and public agencies with real-time awareness, secure communication, and actionable insights without relying on federal surveillance programs or large corporate vendors.
Whether responding to natural disasters, public health emergencies, or emerging threats, WCRP equips communities to stay connected, informed, and resilient.
